Snowdog Ice-Cream - Rates and Package Deals

BIRTHDAY - DAYCARE - CORPORATE PACKAGES

The BIRTHDAY Core Package starts at $200 & includes 25 ice creams unless you live close by. This package includes me driving up in my vintage costume (face painted) playing a remixed version of the ice cream man song followed by a birthday medley and music customized for your child’s age group. A fun, improved announcement will be made on the intercom about a Special Delivery because it’s the “birthday child’s” special day, etc. He or she will then be invited into the truck to turn on the bubble machine for his/her friends. Siblings are welcome too, even Mom if your child is shy. They’re then invited to put on a wig, hat, or apron while you take pictures. Your child and I start serving the guests while you take photos. Snowdog stays about 30 minutes. Enough time for everyone to eat their ice cream while the fun music plays. (This package is good if you have alot of other activities going on).

The BIRTHDAY Works Package ($300) & includes the above plus and additional 20 ice creams and I personalize the birthday medley with your child’s name (as long as its not too unusual) and include some or all of their favorite songs on the custom-label souvenir CD. I tell them that they get to keep the CD as their gift from Snowdog. I also stay an hour and thirty minutes so you have the sound system for that time as well. I have about 40 giant bubble wands that I put out after your child and I have served the kids ice cream. I also make super-giant 4ft. bubbles with my special sticks, with a spare set for your child. They also will have the option of staying in the truck afterwards and helping me serve adults with their friends/siblings and playing with all horns & vintage noisemakers. A snow machine is available for residential parties or places where Snowdog has access to 110V power(it’s not cold, it creates non-toxic flurries in a 10X10 area). The kids love to stand around it like a campfire and stick their heads, bubble wands in it, etc. really adds to the chaos! I also have a hand-painted, cutout mural for photos that doubles as a beanbag toss with prizes, and also have a huge, 24 ft. multi-colored parachute(with a game options), 15 hula hoops, a controllable rocket hose toy that kids LOVE, & an assortment of easy-to-throw Frisbees, kickballs and foam footballs, (1) glow-in-the-dark, 4ft soccerball and (1) 40” soft, inflatable basketball, and sidewalk chalk, that can be brought out depending on what the kids want. (This package is more designed for me to be the primary form of entertainment).

Additional ice creams billed at $1 each. Organic ice cream billed at $2. Additional hours billed at $50/hour and can be pro-rated. Night-time illumination billed at an extra $15. Locations outside a 10-mile radius will incur destination fees charged due to time, fuel, and wear and tear at $1/mile. Peak traffic times may incur additional costs. TOTAL AGREED AMOUNT FOR SERVICES WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL or ATTACHED AS AN INVOICE. BALANCE TO BE PAID IN U.S. CURRENCY or CHECK at the end of the event. 2% discount for cash transactions. In the event of loss or flagrant damage to the bubble wands, the replacement cost is $5/each to be added to the balance. Loss of frisbees are $10. Oversized balls charged at replacement cost and shipping.

DEPOSIT: A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. It will be subtracted from the balance the day of the event. Rain dates are available & are subject to availability. Until I receive your deposit you are “penciled in” on the calendar. If another client wants your time slot, I give a 48-hour courtesy period to make the deposit payment.

The DAYCARE Core Package includes 40 ice creams is $225 (tax included) includes: driving up in my vintage costume (face painted) playing a remixed version of the "ice cream man song" followed music customized for the childrens’s age group (Wiggles, Jack Johnson, lots of fun ice cream themed music on a Bose outdoor speaker system). I have bubbles going and stay until everyone has finished eating their ice cream.

The DAYCAREWorks Package $275 (tax included).
includes the above plus I have about 40 giant bubble wands & juice that I put out after I have served the kids ice cream. I have about 15 hula hoops, 2 giant inflatable basketballs, and stick-on tattoos of the Snowdog truck to keep them entertained. The kids can also get inside the truck in groups of 5, unless there are more than 20 kids (booking agreement must be signed). I have some squonky horns & vintage noisemakers they can pass around and be as loud as they want to be. I also have sidewalk chalk and will draw with them, trace their shadows and let them decorate "themselves". In hotter months, they can play with the rocket hose toy or get sprayed with my misting machine. I stay approximately an hour/hour fifteen.

Truck Rental for the Corporate Package $150-200/hour.

The Corporate Package includes me driving up in my vintage costume (face painted) playing a remixed version of the ice cream man song followed by fun, ice cream-based music tracks, from cartoon jazz to Beatle remixes. I have a pro bubble machine too that I turn on intermittently too. Adults like bubbles too y'know! Snowdog is equipped with a Bose outdoor speaker system that’s mounted to the roof. Snowdog also has an EZ-Up Tent with weights if necessary, please specify in the special request area of the booking agreement. Your guests can play with the hula hoops and over-sized, inflatable balls. The truck measures 8ft. wide, 10 ft. high, and 14.75ft long. The Client may also get inside the truck if they desire. They usually do!

Additional ice creams billed $1.25-$1.50 each. Organic ice cream billed at $2. Additional hours billed at $100/hour. Price breaks available for large groups. Locations outside a 10-mile radius will incur destination fees charged due to time, fuel, and wear and tear at $1/mile over 10 miles R/T. Peak traffic times could incur a fee. TOTAL AGREED AMOUNT FOR SERVICES WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL or ATTACHED AS AN INVOICE. BALANCE TO BE PAID IN U.S. CURRENCY or CHECK at the end of the event. Special terms can be made in advance.
